This Pact serves as a promise to clients, talents, and partners alike: we operate with integrity, transparency, and an absolute focus on human well-being. Together, we’re building a safer, ethical, and inspiring environment in the talent and creative industries.

As part of our commitment, we require every client partner to sign this Pact, formally engaging to uphold and respect its principles in all interactions with our talents.

1. Zero Tolerance for Exploitation and Human Trafficking

  • We uphold a strict zero-tolerance policy against all forms of exploitation, human trafficking, or coercive practices. Our rigorous vetting processes ensure that we only collaborate with organisations that prioritise human rights and safety.

  • Any indication of exploitation or abuse leads to immediate investigation, reporting, and, if necessary, termination of our relationship with the violating party. Ethical talent representation is our foundation.

2. Prioritising Mental and Emotional Well-being

  • Mental Health Support: We are committed to nurturing a safe, stress-free environment. Our policies and practices are designed to prevent undue mental stress, fostering a space where talent can thrive creatively without fear of harassment or undue pressure.

  • Respectful Boundaries: We expect all communication with talent to be positive, supportive, and respectful of their personal and professional boundaries. We are against any form of harassment, intimidation, or manipulation.

3. Safety and Transparency in Talent Travel

  • Secure Travel Planning: For assignments that require travel, we manage all logistics to ensure a safe and seamless experience. From accommodations to local contacts, we provide security and clear communication every step of the way.

  • Clear Itineraries and Backup Support: Each talent receives a detailed itinerary and emergency contacts for peace of mind and preparedness, especially when working in unfamiliar environments.

4. Fair Compensation and Transparent Contracts

  • Transparent, Fair Pay: We ensure clear, fair, and prompt compensation for every assignment. Talents receive comprehensive information about fees, expenses, and commission structures upfront to prevent any financial ambiguity.

  • Ethical Contracting: Contracts are fully transparent, outlining rights, responsibilities, and terms that protect the talent. We include exit clauses to allow talents to disengage if ethical standards are compromised.

5. Ethical Standards for Client and Partner Organisations

  • Rigorous Partner Vetting: All potential clients and partners undergo thorough checks to ensure they align with our standards of safety, respect, and ethical conduct.

  • Data Privacy: Personal data is kept secure and confidential, never shared without clear consent, protecting talent from any misuse of personal information.

  • Swift Action on Breaches: Any client or partner found violating this Pact faces immediate action, which may include contract termination and legal reporting if necessary.
